2 Tools That Can Help You Succeed in Affiliate Marketing

If you want to make money online engaging in affiliate marketing, ClickBank is the way to go. It's one of the most reliable affiliate networks around and it's easy to join. You can sign up for free and make your first sale within 24 hours. But be careful about assuming that just because you may have made a sale quickly, the rest will come just as easily. That's an expectation you should disabuse yourself of. Affiliate marketing takes effort. You get out of it what you are willing to put in.

I have had some success in affiliate marketing. Newly I had 11 sales in one day with one product only. I was able to accomplish this with two marketing methods I used. I'll share them with you here.

The first method is article marketing. I write articles directly or indirectly about the product. Some of the articles I use as content for my website. The rest I submit to article directories. Most of the time I write these myself, but sometimes when I get too busy, I hire someone to write the articles for me. Whoever I hire has to assure me that the articles they give me are original and unique.

Secondly use eBay classified ads. I know that traffic is a vital factor to marketing success, and using the eBay ads really work to increase traffic. I estimate that every ad I post on eBay is viewed between 100 to 300 times. That may not sound too impressive but when you multiply it by 50 or 100 ads, which is how many ads I run in a month, that sums up to quite a lot of traffic.

Another thing that eBay does is make my conversion rate soar. You see people who go to eBay are usually there to make a purchase. Conversion rates are typically 1%; EBay classified ads can make the rates go as high as 5%.

So those are the two tools that help me succeed. I'm hoping that they'll help you succeed as well with your affiliate marketing efforts.
